Making it’s debut at Toronto Fashion Week was the Lundstrom Collection by Eleventh Floor Apparel. Expectations were high, as this was the first collection showing since designer Linda Lundstrom left the brand to pursue a career in consulting. Although five of the coats were designed by the infamous coat designer herself, the rest of the collection was the creation of an ‘in house’ team at EFA. The collection proved to be very sophisticated as well as very wearable.
It included very classic and timeless pieces, yet managed to still be fresh and modern. Rich velvets, tweeds, chunky knits and bold prints were paired with elbow length leather gloves and chic up-do’s that helped this collection stand out during the events of the week. From comfy casual knit wear to sophisticated suiting, the collection offered a look for everyone without straying from the overall look of the show.
