Hazelton Lanes is getting a facelift

 New images of Hazelton Lane’s renovation floorplans show possible big changes on some of its tenant’s store locations.

Retail Insider is reporting that based on the lease plans available, the department store Andrews and Equinox Fitness seem to be missing in their old positions suggesting that these stores might be relocated in other spaces (with Andrews moving near the new oval atrium area).

136-138 Hazelton Avenue has also been purchased by First Capital to be demolished and make way for Hazelton Lane’s Yorkville Avenue Entrance.

Changes in the mall are targeted to increase the luxury tenants for Hazelton Lanes as it becomes a possible alternative from Bloor Street with the convenience of just having one landlord instead of multiple ones.
