Montreal-based jeweller Birks recently unveiled their new branding and visual platform with the addition to a brand new logo.
The opening of the first mono-brand boutique in the Mapleview shopping centre in Burlington, Ontario will showcase the company’s new collections which include bridal collections accentuating Canadian diamonds. Another boutique is set to open in the Square of Cartier DIX30 in Montreal, Quebec, providing visual elements of the brand’s new look.
“While attesting to our rich history, the new corporate identity rejuvenates Maison Birks’ brand proposition, and allows Canadians to discover Maison Birks in all its purity. This is a historic moment for our company,” says Jean-Christophe Bédos, President and CEO of Birks & Mayors Inc.
Helping Maison Birks with their new look is the Sid Lee Agency, which also helped in reinventing the company logo by placing a diamond shape as well as the company’s founding year, 1879 on it.
More of Le Maison Birks’ fresh new campaign will be unveiled in the next few weeks to showcase the company’s nearly 135 years in jewelry expertise.
