While there are now dozens of cruise operators and ships to choose from, make no mistake, the Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas should be at the top of your list. While on the ship there is plenty to see and do. Many areas aboard Quantum of the Seas have cross-over appeal for almost any age. You can choose relaxing on the spacious sundecks or by the pools or you can choose to go rock climbing to the top of the ship, try sky diving or even some surfing while on the ship.

Royal Caribbean has introduced new innovations with the launch of Quantum of the Seas that are setting a new standard in the cruise line industry. Labeled the world’s first Smart ship, the Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas offers a large list of technological firsts for guests onboard. Along with investing in innovative robotics, Royal Caribbean has introduced a virtually all-tech guest experience option for check-in, concierge and other usually mundane vacation tasks.

One thing we were concerned about before the cruise was wifi connections once we were at sea. This concern went away very quickly. Quantum of the Seas uses satellites to bring unprecedented bandwidth and internet speed. With speeds that match the fastest broadband connections onshore, we could stream videos, share vacation moments in real time, and stay in touch with loved ones on land.

We had an amazing time on board the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas!
