Fendi to Move into a Roman Palace

The Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana (the Palace of the Italian Civilisation) will be housing new occupants as Fendi relocates into the famous Roman architecture in preparation for their 90th anniversary in 2015.

According to Fendi CEO Pietro Beccari, they have signed on a €2.8 million 15-year lease to use the “Square Colosseum” as their main headquarters to be able to house the 400 employees split between their main Rome office and another location.

This decision is also congruent with Fendi’s pledge to fund the renovations of some of Italy’s famous fountains starting with the Trevi fountain (which will also be completed by 2015).
