Playboy sues over the use of Kate Moss pics

Playboy executives are suing Harper Bazaar’s publisher Hearst Communications for using pictures of Kate Moss from their recent anniversary issue.

The image of Kate Moss on all fours wearing Playboy’s iconic bunny suit together with other stills has been allegedly posted by Hearst Communications online without permission from Playboy prompting the latter to demand a $150,000 fine for each photo.

The magazine cover of the British model is in celebration of her 40th birthday and happens to coincide with Playboy’s 60th anniversary.
